Yes. Every piece at Kiyo Arts is original artwork by graphic designer Cameren, blending retro 90s nostalgia with modern digital glitch aesthetics so you receive a unique statement piece.

We don't hold warehouses of pre-printed inventory. When you place an order, your specific piece is printed just for you. That keeps quality high and cuts overproduction and waste.

Each item is custom-printed for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for handling, production and quality checks before your order is dispatched. Canvas art is usually at the longer end of that range.

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US and 10–30 business days internationally. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories can take up to 7–12 additional business days. For a US order, allow 5–14 business days in total from purchase to delivery.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. You will see the full cost before you pay.

Yes, we ship to most countries; available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders take longer in transit, and customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

As soon as your order leaves production, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to show tracking updates.

Different products are made by different production partners, so an order with more than one type of product may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or refund your order.

Because orders go straight into our custom production queue, the window for changes is short. To update an address or cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Because everything is made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and we do not accept returns for change of mind. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Email Cameren@kiyoarts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the packaging. Damaged or defective items must be returned to us; once we approve your claim we will send return instructions, and Kiyo Arts covers the return shipping cost.

No. We do not offer exchanges on any product. Clothing is custom made in the size you select and cannot be returned for sizing, so please check the size options before ordering.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, and your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
