Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unopened and unused
- Accompanied by the original packaging and receipt
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Special Cases
In the event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Exceptions to the Policy
Some items are non-returnable, including:
